Shawn Diddy, MA, CPT is a brand and marketing expert and consultant. She has sold hundreds of millions of dollars in products while hosting more than 10,000 hours on live TV. Shawn co-hosted an integrated marketing cooking show with Food Network’s Chef Emeril Lagasse and has conducted hundreds of interviews; from stars on Hollywood’s red carpets to CNN’s Larry King. 

She has presented top brands on channels including Amazon, QVC and HSN. She’s a brand ambassador for video, print, and tradeshows. You may recognize Shawn from radio, stage, film and TV roles, commercials, infomercials, and social media campaigns.

Shawn holds a Master of Arts degree and is completing her PhD in Management. DEFINE YOUR PERSONAL BRAND: Shawn Diddy is on a mission to help people define their brands, navigate change, find joy, and a sense of successful peace. She is a Wellness Coach (American Council on Exercise), and a Health & Beauty Expert.. She has been coaching and traveling as a speaker for two decades, launched a blog in 2007, and continues to research and gather information. Her four pillar “FLOW” approach to navigating change (physical, nutritional, emotional, and spiritual) has helped many women and includes a plan for 20 minute habits that change lives.  “Go with the FLOW: How 20 minutes- can change your life”. 

BRANDING FOR PRODUCTS: Shawn landed her first job at age 14, and started her first business at 21. She’has been featured on QVC, ShopNBC, Jewelry Television, EVINE, ShopLC, HSN, ABC, NBC, CBS and in national commercials, films and radio spots. Shawn’s wellness programs are based on the idea that change is the only “constant” we can depend on. As a TV veteran and former Miss Iowa-USA, Shawn has worked with and interviewed top experts in the Beauty, Fitness and Wellness industries. 

As an entertainer, she worked with the folks who wrote the break out hit “Austin” for Blake Shelton of NBC’s TheVoice and recorded a country music album titled “Girl Most Likely To” (available on iTunes).  Then “Bam!”, Shawn was chosen as the co-host of a cooking show called “From Emeril’s Kitchen”(Scripps Networks) with Chef Emeril Lagasse of The Food Network. She began to incorporate recipes and diet into her coaching programs. 

Shawn has coached and trained TV personalities, executives, performers, parents and more. Her emphasis on acknowledging and embracing change has made her a favorite among her clients and fans. Like many women, Shawn spent years as a high achiever, a multi-tasker and a self-proclaimed “Type A” personality. Also, like many, she paid a price- she dealt with health issues, stress and lost family time. Shawn shares the lessons she learned as she coped with stress and navigated life changes, all while working on live television; from hormones and skin issues, to weight changes, and from relationship ups and downs to bad haircuts.  Shawn uses honesty, and often humor, to share the methods that worked for her and others – and she tells about the things that didn’t go as well. 

Shawn holds her MA in Mass Communications with an emphasis on Training and Development from Towson University. She also holds her Personal Training, Mind-Body Connection, and Health Coaching Certifications through the American Council on Exercise, an Accredited Jewelry Professional Certification through the Gemological Institute of America (yes, Gemstones just might make you feel better!). She's also a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner..
